REALTOR.COM PREDICTS REAL ESTATE MARKET CRASH 2020 CNBC reports that Realtor.com is predicting a real estate market slowdown in 2020 with lower inventory causing fewer transactions and even lower prices in some markets.
As an active real estate investor, I am always keeping my eye on what’s happening with the real estate market so I can make good decisions based on what I think is happening.
Typically, the reports I hear paint nothing but positive pictures, so to now suddenly here realtor.com report a not so optimistic report such as this one, I take notice.
Let’s see what they say.
Regardless of what anyone predicts, no one has a crystal ball! No one really knows when the market will take a downturn. Always do your best to examine what’s happening and make good educated decisions on your investments.
