How to Start Business in United States with E-2 Investor Visa?

You may start doing business in the U.S. by simply buying an existing business. The fastest way to do it is to find a small business to buy and apply for E-2 Investor Visa.

Why E-2 visa?
Many investors consider EB-5 Investor Visa as it is very well-known visa that investors having millions of dollars prefer. The minimum amount is $1 million ($500,000 in high unemployment areas).
There is no minimum amount for E-2 investment. It may be $100,000, higher or lower depending on the type of business, less for a company providing services such as translation or interpretation agency and more for a restaurant or construction firm.
Getting E-2 visa may take only few weeks (two weeks with premium processing by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services – USCIS) while getting EB-5 visa may take months.
