Going over this pervasive thought that the current real estate market in 2021 is a bubble. The housing market isn’t going to crash and it seems like everybody is saying this without looking at what history has taught us. I go over real estate prices from 1970 to today and explain why the real estate market in 2021 and the next 10 years will be a turning point and great opportunity. Despite the recent jump in home prices and the bidding wars, there is still opportunity because people are buying these homes for a reason. On top of that, the last time we saw inflation and CPI jump was the 1970’s and that lead to a cycle of home prices doubling every 5 years. A lot of people are ignoring this and saying real estate is going to crash just because prices are high, but with all these factors in place and a shortage of homes, it seems that the only people who would believe this are the ones with no real estate investing experience. Do your own due diligence and be smart, but I hope you recognize what’s in front of you!
