Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell speaks Wednesday following the central bank’s two-day policy meeting. The Fed has gotten high marks for moving aggressively to unlock credit markets and keep money moving in an unprecedented crisis. The S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average clawed back earlier losses on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve indicated it expects to keep rates at currently low levels through 2022.
